1. Return & Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Parcel Opening Video is Mandatory:

  • You must record an unedited video while opening the parcel from the beginning.

  • The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, product unboxing, and the issue (if any).

  • No return or refund will be processed without this video proof.

Returns requested after the 3-day window will not be accepted.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item along with the unboxing video, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

• Any prepaid order cancelled before dispatch will be refunded within 5 working days.
