  • Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all locations within India.

  • International Shipping: International shipping is also available. Additional customs duties and charges may apply.

  • Delays: In times of high order volume, processing or delivery may be delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you directly via phone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
      Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Order Tracking

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at 7307536746 with your order number and a video of the package opening. We will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Baginn is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address. We will assist by sharing tracking and delivery details for further investigation.

7. International Customs and Duties

Baginn is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to international orders. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
